Generally, candida is caused by candida bacteria that

alterations to the diet. It is important to build up your
immune system so it can fight off any overgrowth of the
virus. Avoid sugar and refined carbohydrates and foods
which contain yeast. Eat plenty of live yogurt and try
supplements of acidophilus. Vitamin E and garlic may be
helpful.

In
women, the continued use of contraceptives can result in
re-occurring thrush.
