Fungal Shield is NOT a fungicide. It is an anti fungus surface treatment designed
to provide long term protection against the growth and adhesion of toxic black
mold, mold, mildew, fungus and algae. Fungal Shield is safe for use on any surface, indoors or outdoors. When used as directed, Fungal
Shield prevents the penetration and adhesion of mold, mildew, fungus, algae and airborne contaminants (food for growing organisms) and restricts moisture penetration. When deprived of anchorage, food and moisture, mold, mildew, fungus and algae cannot survive. In addition, Fungal
Shield keeps surfaces looking like new by resisting water penetration and waterborne stains, including rust and well water stains.

SURFACE REQUIREMENTS
Fungal Shield works on any surface that allows penetration and adhesion of water based
contaminants including concrete, stone, brick, tile, grout, painted surfaces, roofing tiles, shingles, painted or treated wood etc. Fungal Shield can be applied to dry or
slightly damp surfaces and is recommended as a final treatment.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces to be treated should be thoroughly cleaned of all fungus &
algae, as well as dust, dirt and other contaminants, in order to guarantee adequate penetration and adhesion.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Dilute at a rate of 1:9 in water. Apply with the aid
of a brush, roller, airless spray or pump up sprayer. Apply Fungal
Shield uniformly, ensuring even coverage. Excess material may dry leaving a whitish appearance.
CURING
Typically, Fungal Shield will dry to the touch within 1 to 2 hours and
will totally cure within 18 to 24 hours. Treated surfaces resist darkening from water penetration within 1 to 2 hours after application. Water resistance is an indication of uniform coverage. If good water resistance is not uniformly apparent within 24 hours after application, a second light coat may be necessary. Isolated missed spots may be individually touched up.
CLEANUP
Clean hands and tools thoroughly with soap and water before Fungal Shield dries.
